Stephen M. Long Executive Officer and Director After graduating from Babson College with honors in 1991, Stephen began a 17-year career on Wall Street as a senior financial analyst and managing director of several asset management firms in New York and Connecticut. Stephen's experience includes analyzing consumer-related private and publically traded companies for potential investment. Most recently, Stephen acquired the assets of the privately owned LTL Vantage, Inc. realigning the company for future growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Karen S. Vaughan Vice President Karen has more than fifteen years of experience in media relations, meetings production, and corporate training. She has produced training and education programs for leading marketing communications companies across many industries and has worked in global media relations in France. Karen was instrumental in launching new products, training sales forces, enhancing customer communication, and reaching new markets globally for 3M Corp., Bell South, Coca-Cola and Pfizer. Karen has a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and is multi-lingual.
