George W. Cairnes
President and Director
George W. Cairnes is President and Director of Absolute Restraint, Inc. (ARI), and has been with the company, formerly known as MC Enterprises, since its inception in 2002. He is also the lead project manager for the BodyCuff family of products. George enlisted in the Navy Reserves as an E1 in 1962 and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1969. Upon graduation, George served in Vietnam on a destroyer and then went on to become a Navy pilot flying A-7 and A-4 attack aircraft off various carriers. George served deployments to the Pacific, Atlantic, Mediterranean, and Indian Ocean and held various positions in maintenance, operations, administration, and training. George ended his naval career as the Commanding Officer of the Reserve Center at NAS Miramar. Upon retirement from the Navy, George joined Federal Express as an international pilot flying MD11s and A300s. |

Stephen M. Long
Chief Financial Officer and Director
Stephen M. Long joined Absolute Restraint, Inc. in 2009 as its Chief Financial Officer and Director. His main responsibilities are to manage ARI's finance department and the manufacturing operations of the BodyCuff family of products. After graduating from Babson College with honors in 1991, Stephen began a 17-year career on Wall Street as a senior financial analyst. Stephen's experience includes analyzing large and small companies for potential private and public investment. Most recently, Stephen was managing partner of Hanover Square Capital, a $30 million alternative asset management firm that invested in private companies, public equity, derivatives, and debt securities |

Alison S. Cairnes
Vice President and Director
Alison S. Cairnes is Vice President and Director of Absolute Restraint, Inc. and Marketing Director
for the BodyCuff family of products. Alison graduated from San Diego State University with
teaching credentials and specialized in gifted education. Teaching in Monterey, California
she worked with military families in the Army, Naval Post Graduate School, and Defense Language School.
She continued her education at SDSU, earning a Master's Degree in Counseling and post M.S. training to
obtain credentials in School Psychology and licensing in Educational Psychology. Alison has
over twenty-six years of experience in assessment, behavioral management, counseling, consultation, and
training with emphasis in emotionally disturbed, twice exceptional, and gifted and talented populations
in the public schools with both civilian and Marine/Navy families. |
